- 腹腔镜胆总管囊肿手术目前已呈现快速发展的态势。本文基于作者团队25 年腹腔镜治疗儿童胆总管囊肿的临床实践与系统研究,对该领域的技术探索、术式演进及专业团队培养进行系统总结。作为国内小儿腹腔镜外科技术的开拓者之一,作者团队通过牵头组织全国性专业培训、推动多中心临床协作及参与相关诊疗规范的制定,持续致力于提升该术式的安全性与可推广性。长期随访数据证实,与传统开放手术相比,腹腔镜手术在患儿术后康复速度、并发症控制效果及微创治疗优势等方面均表现突出。
- Abstract:
- Laparoscopy for choledochal cyst (CC) has shown a rapid development trend.This review was based upon 25-year clinical practices and systematic researches in laparoscopic treatment of pediatric CC.It systematically summarized technical know-how,surgical evolutions and professional team training in this field.As one of the pioneers in pediatric laparoscopic technology in China,the authors have devoted to improving the safety and generalizability of this procedure by leading national professional training,promoting multi-center clinical collaborations and participating in formulating the relevant diagnostic and treatment standards.Long-term follow-ups have confirmed that,as compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopy offers distinct advantages in postoperative recovery speed,complication control and mini-invasive intervention.
