- The recent emergence of clinical big data provides favorable conditions for new research methods and developing new medical technologies.While conducting multicenter clinical trials,how to effectively share,standardize,manage and utilize the relevant data is vital for clinical researchers.Interdisciplinary thinking mode is greatly responsive to the development trend of the big data era.Its significance lies in mobilizing research experts in different fields to make full use of research characteristics of various disciplines for refining the data at various levels and expanding research ideas.Integrating clinical multicenter data not only improves the quality and effectiveness of clinical researches,but also enlightens and nurtures researchers multidisciplinary crossthinking.Therefore interdisciplinary thinking is imperative in the field of pediatric surgery.And some fresh thoughts are proposed for conducting clinical multicenter researches.
