J Clin Ped Sur (ISSN 1671-6353, CN 43-1380/R), founded in February 2002 under the guidance and care of a renowned Chinese academician of pediatric surgery, is the second national journal of pediatric surgery in China. It is a journal of Chinese scientific papers (China Science and Technology Core Journal) and a Top 10 Journ al of Hunan Province. And the development history of pediatric surgery in China has been recorded in a unique way. Its read ers are pediatric research institutes, professional children¡¯s hospitals and general hospital pediatric surgeons.
