When the paper was published on the J Clin Ped Sur, the author has two copyright options:

A user must provide the appropriate credit, provide a link to the license and indicate if a change has been made. User may do so in any reasonable manner, but shall not in any way indicate that the licensor acknowledges the use of material.
Non-commercial - Users may not use this material for commercial purposes.

2. Author can retain copyright. In this case, the journal will publish the article in accordance with the terms of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. This license allows:
