- Indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging is one of the emerging technologies for the precision medicine, it can provide real-time imaging of the human structure from the cell and molecular level.The ICG fluorescence imaging is now widely employed in various surgeries, given its advantages of real-time navigation and testing during surgery, anastomotic perfusion assessment, and hemodynamics monitoring.This study mainly expounds the features of ICG fluorescence imaging, its application in different pediatric surgery specialties as well as its importance to surgery.
