Abstract:
The incidence of urinary incontinence in childhood is high. It involves a series of diseases,not only may cause upper urinary tract damage,long-term renal function impairment,but sometimes also affect the personality and mental health of children. Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment are helpful to improve the prognosis of these children.The current literature assessing surgical treatment provides only level Ⅲ evidence. Surgical treatment of urinary incontinence in children is still a challenge. This review focuses on the common causes and surgical intervention of urinary incontinence in children.
