- Abstract:
- As one of the most common reproductive system diseases in pediatric urology,varicocele (VC) in adolescents is a frequent cause of male infertility.There is no consensus on the necessity of early surgical treatment and controversy exists among international guidelines/consensus.It remains difficult to evaluate the semen analysis,testicular volume,fertility and surgical outcomes.Through literature review,surgical indications of VC in adolescents were discussed.
