Abstract:
Objetive To study of urethral plate median longitudinal skin graft of urethroplasty for hypospadias in prevention of urethral stricture and other aspects of the advantages and the application value. Methods A retrospective summary of 2010 March to 2012 October using urethral plate median longitudinal skin graft of urethroplasty for hypospadias in 23 cases. 19 cases of penile type, 2 cases of penis and scrotum type, and a period of penile straightening after operation in 1 cases, 1 cases of postoperative urethral dehiscence,the clinical data analysis.. This group of children aged 1.5～6 years old, the average age of 3.75 years. Results In this group of patients were followed up for 6 months, resembling a penis after circumcision appearance. External orifice of Urethra Urethral groove is located in the penis head, a slit like.A cure in 22 cases(95.7%), postoperative urethral fistula in 1 cases, in January after the self-healing; without urethral stricture. Conclusions Urethral plate median longitudinal skin graft of urethroplasty for hypospadias with satisfactory results, healing rate was high, the incidence of postoperative complications was low, especially effective in the prevention of postoperative urethral stricture occurred, and the method is simple and easy to carry out.
