Abstract:
Objetive Summing up the experience of peroperative treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia patients, try to enhance the successful rescue rate and improve the life quality of congenital diaphragmatic hernia patients. Methods Overview 35 cases congenital diaphragmatic hernia patients in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011. Results In 5 of 31 cases died after surgery; 3 cases died postnatal day 1 without surgery, 1 case died for giving up treatment. In all died cases, 2 got definitely diagnosis before birth, the other 6 cases did not access to prenatal diagnosis. Conclusions Prenatal diagnosis can detect congenital diaphragmatic hernia early, which can guide pregnant women to make arrangement with neonate treatment in prenatal, and provide more treatment opportunity for neonate after birth.Improving lung function before operation which could delay the operation date, waiting for respiratory and circulatory stability to enhance the survival rate of congenital diaphragmatic hernia patients.
