Abstract:
Objective To discuss the experience of intraoperative cholangiography during choledochal lyst (CCC) excision.Methods55 cases with CCC who underwent cholangiography were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsOf them, we fund stenosis of bile (11 cases), filling defect on the extreme of common bile duct (25 cases), pancreaticobiliary maljunction (50 cases).ConclusionsIntraoperative cholangiography during CCC excision is worth of routine clinic application, which could direct resection of total choledochal cysts, improve operation quality and prevent the biliary tract injury.
