儿童肝外型门脉高压行急诊Rex手术1例经验总结

- 摘要:
- 门静脉高压并发急性静脉曲张破裂大出血是儿童门脉高压最严重的并发症，危及患者生命，现报道一例既往外院行Rex手术治疗后发生搭桥血管栓塞，反复消化道出血经保守治疗无效而急诊手术止血后再次成功施行Rex术治疗的案例。探讨出血情况下的治疗方式、急诊情况下Rex手术的术前评估及其指征、手术方案的设计及术后管理措施，总结临床诊治要点。
