摘要:
本文报告1例10岁女童先天性膈疝术后发生胃瘫综合征的诊治过程。患儿因“间断腹痛伴呕吐20天”于青岛大学附属医院就诊，胸腹部CT提示先天性膈肌后外侧疝，急诊行胸腔镜下膈肌修补术，术后出现胃瘫综合征。先天性膈疝多于婴幼儿时期发现并诊治，术后并发症以肺动脉高压多见，胃瘫综合征发生率较低。本文结合相关文献进行复习，旨在提高临床医师对该并发症的认识，改善患儿生存质量。
