摘要:
动脉瘤样骨囊肿是一种具有膨胀性和破坏性生长特征的骨良性肿瘤,好发于青少年,肿瘤细胞内核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand,RANKL)表达丰富。盆腔动脉瘤样骨囊肿较为少见,部位特殊,手术风险大,容易复发,如不及时治疗,往往容易出现病理性骨折。地舒单抗是针对RANKL的全人源化单克隆抗体,为治疗难治性动脉瘤样骨囊肿提供了新思路。本文报道1例12岁原发性骨盆动脉瘤样骨囊肿患者,予地舒单抗治疗后临床症状改善,其间出现低钙血症及生长板钙化现象。
