- 睾丸微石症(testicular microlithiasis,TM)是一种以睾丸内形成微钙化为特征的疾病,患者通常无特异性临床表现,目前主要依赖超声检查进行诊断。大量回顾性研究表明,TM与睾丸肿瘤、男性不育等疾病存在关联,但其具体发病机制尚未完全阐明,且针对TM的临床随访方案亦未统一。本文旨在对近年来国内外TM相关研究进展进行系统综述,以期为未来的临床诊疗决策与基础研究提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Testicular microlithism (TM) is characterized by a formation of microcalcifications within testes.Generally TM patients lack specific clinical manifestations and a definite diagnosis is dependent upon ultrasonic examinations.A large number of retrospective studies have demonstrated that TM is associated with such diseases as testicular tumors and male infertility.However,its specific pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated and there is no unified clinical follow-up protocol for TM.This review was intended to offer a systematic overview of the relevant domestic and foreign research advances related to TM in recent years.It provided practical references for proper diagnosis and treatment of TM.
