- 摘要:
- 胆肠吻合口狭窄是儿童先天性胆总管囊肿根治术后再手术主要原因之一。本文回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院普外科收治的4例先天性胆总管囊肿根治术后出现胆肠吻合口狭窄患儿临床资料,并结合相关文献对其发生原因与治疗进行总结。
