摘要:
胸部创伤合并胸腔内异物残留是胸部创伤中比较严重的一种情况,常可发生气胸、血气胸、胸腔脏器损伤等,并迅速导致呼吸窘迫和休克。快速、准确判断胸部创伤病情,完善胸部创伤相关检查,不仅可以避免胸腔内异物漏诊,还能减少严重创伤导致的并发症,降低死亡率。本文报道1例胸部创伤合并胸腔内玻璃异物残留患儿的临床诊治过程,并复习相关文献,初步总结儿童创伤性胸腔内异物的紧急外科治疗经验。
