摘要:
鞘膜囊内囊肿蒂扭转坏死发病率极低，通常表现阴囊红肿、疼痛，需及时与睾丸扭转、睾丸炎或附睾炎、睾丸附件扭转等病因鉴别, 目前只有少数病例报告。本文报道2例右侧鞘膜囊内蒂囊肿扭转坏死的临床表现、体征、超声特点、诊断及治疗方法，并对该疾病的特点进行阐述。
