摘要:
目的总结小儿大网膜囊肿的临床特点，探讨更加合理有效的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2012年8月我们收治的12例大网膜囊肿患儿的临床资料。结果12例患儿均实施开腹手术或腹腔镜辅助手术切除病灶，术后均恢复满意，于术后7d内痊愈出院。无一例发生出血、感染、肠梗阻、肠瘘等并发症。 结论大网膜囊肿是小儿外科少见疾病，其手术治疗效果佳，但应提高诊断准确率，避免误诊。经腹腔镜辅助切除是手术治疗的新趋势。
Abstract:
Objetive To investigate the effective diagnosis and treatment and the clinical features of omental cyst in children.MethodsThe clinical materials of 12 cases of omental cyst who were hospitalized in our hospital in recent 5 years were analyzed. Patients with omental cysts usually present with abdominal distention and a painless abdominal mass.ResultsAll patients were diagnosed before operation, and the diagnostic procedures included ultrasonography，Computed Tomography (CT) scans and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI). Complete excision of the cyst was performed by open or laparoscopicassisted surgery. All patients were discharged within 7 days postoperatively without any complications.ConclusionsOmental cysts occur rarely in children, and complete excision of the cyst is considered as the treatment of choice. Laparoscopic or laparoscopyassisted excision of omental cysts seems to be a feasible and effective procedure.
