摘要:
儿童继发性枕叶癫痫常伴有脑组织结构异常,经癫痫术前评估后,一般采用切除或离断致癫相关脑组织的治疗方法。近年来,随着立体脑电图(stereo electroencephalogram,SEEG)植入技术在国内的开展,通过收集患儿癫痫发作症状学资料、视频脑电图和影像学资料,经分析讨论后植入SEEG监测,明确致癫灶及放电传播网络,进而在SEEG引导下行射频热凝(radiofrequency thermocoagulation,RF-TC)治疗,可获得满意疗效。本文报道1例儿童继发性枕叶癫痫的微创诊治经验。
