摘要:
儿童肾外肾母细胞瘤较为罕见, 其症状及体征多无特异性, 辅助检查亦无特殊表现, 部分病例可伴发畸形有助于提示诊断。本文回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院 2014-2018 年收治的3例肾外肾母细胞瘤患儿临床资料,并结合国内外文献,总结该疾病的临床特点及治疗经验。
