- 摘要:
- Brodie脓肿属于亚急性骨髓炎的一种,且伴有骨内脓肿形成,发生于距骨的 Brodie脓肿较为少见。有关距骨Brodie脓肿的文献中,患者最典型的临床症状为跛行步态及踝部疼痛和肿胀。Brodie脓肿的发生部位、临床症状及影像学表现可能与其他骨骼病变特征相似,如骨样骨瘤、单纯骨囊肿、郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症和恶性骨肿瘤等,故鉴别诊断范围广。本文报道首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院1例距骨Brodie脓肿患儿的诊治经验。
