- 横纹肌肉瘤(rhabdomyosarcoma,RMS)是一种源自原始间叶细胞的恶性肿瘤,常见于儿童和青少年,转移常发生在肺、胸膜、骨骼和骨髓等,脑转移较为罕见。本文报告1例1岁7个月女性间变性胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤脑转移患儿的诊治过程。
