- 迄今为止,儿童膀胱输尿管反流(vesicoureteral reflux,VUR)的治疗仍然是小儿泌尿外科领域最具争议且复杂的问题之一,其治疗策略及手术指征应基于年龄、性别、VUR分级、病因、膀胱功能、遗传、尿路感染、肾脏状况等风险因素,建议将患儿分为不同风险水平,并根据患儿个体差异和风险因素选择最佳治疗方案,采取相应治疗策略,从而切实提高治疗效果。
- Abstract:
- Proper management of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) has remained one of the most controversial and complex issues in pediatric urology.Selecting management strategies and surgical indications of VUR should be based upon age,gender,grading,etiology,bladder function,heredity,urinary tract infection and renal status.And VUR patients should be stratified into different risk levels.And according to individual differences and risk factors,optimal treatments are devised to effectively improve the patient outcomes.
