摘要:
回盲部肠重复畸形既往多采用开腹或腹腔镜辅助手术切除回盲部治疗，完全腹腔镜下保留回盲部手术治疗报道较少。西安交通大学第二附属医院采用完全腹腔镜下保留回盲部手术治疗回盲部肠重复畸形2例，疗效满意。
