摘要:
儿童腰椎滑脱伴脊柱侧凸是指腰椎滑脱，同时伴脊柱侧弯、Cobb角>10°。儿童腰椎滑脱较成人少见，儿童腰椎滑脱伴脊柱侧凸更是鲜见，其诊断、分型、治疗方式的选择仍困扰着儿童脊柱外科医生。本文回顾国内外相关文献，综述其诊断、分型及治疗经验，为临床提供参考。
Abstract:
Lumbar spondylolisthesis with scoliosis is defined as children with lumbar spondylolisthesis plus scoliosis with a Cobb angle of >10°. It is rarer in children than adults and pediatric lumbar spondylolisthesis with scoliosis is rather uncommon. A proper selection of its diagnosis, classifications and treatments remains challenging for pediatric spinal surgeons. This review of the relevant literatures summarized the experiences of epidemic, diagnosis, classification and treatment.
