- 儿童尿失禁是儿童常见疾病。它涉及一系列广泛疾病，不但可能引起上尿路损伤、远期肾功能受损，有时还会影响患儿的性格和心理健康。准确的诊断和恰当的治疗有助于改善这些患儿的预后，目前评估外科治疗疗效的证据等级多为Ⅲ级，外科治疗儿童尿失禁仍然存在挑战，本文着重对儿童尿失禁的常见病因和外科干预原则进行述评。
- Abstract:
- The incidence of urinary incontinence in childhood is high. It involves a series of diseases,not only may cause upper urinary tract damage,long-term renal function impairment,but sometimes also affect the personality and mental health of children. Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment are helpful to improve the prognosis of these children.The current literature assessing surgical treatment provides only level Ⅲ evidence. Surgical treatment of urinary incontinence in children is still a challenge. This review focuses on the common causes and surgical intervention of urinary incontinence in children.
