摘要:
目的 探讨10S管理模式在小儿骨科病房中的应用价值。方法 成立10S管理小组，采用10S管理模式对小儿骨科病房进行现场管理，包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、学习、服务和满意10个方面的内容。比较10S管理模式实施前后小儿骨科病房的护理质量和护理满意度。结果 实施10S管理模式后，小儿骨科病房护理质量（物品摆放的合理性、找物品所用时间、用药错误发生次数、物品表面菌落数等情况）提高（P<0.05）；护理满意度（住院环境、护理人员服务态度、技术水平、健康教育以及护士仪表）均得到了提升（P<0.05）。结论 病房实施10S管理模式能有效改善工作环境，提升护士人文素养，提高护理工作效率及工作质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of 10S management model in pediatric orthopedics ward.Methods A 10S management team was mobilized for conducting on-site management of pediatric orthopedics wards using the 10S management model,including finishing,rectificating,cleansing,cleaning,literacy,safety,economy,learning,service and satisfaction.The in-ward nursing quality and satisfaction were compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the in-ward quality of care (including rationality of item placing,time for locating items,number of medication errors & number of colonies on item surface,etc.) significantly improved (P<0.05); Hospitalization environment,staff service attitude,technical level,health education and nurse instrumentation significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion The in-ward implementation of 10S management model can improve the working environment,enhance the humanistic quality of nurses and boost the nursing efficiency and quality.
