- 摘要:
- 动脉瘤样骨囊肿(aneurysmal bone cyst,ABC)常发生于儿童和青少年的长骨,起源于颅骨的ABC相对少见。本文报道河南大学淮河医院神经外科收治的1例6岁儿童右侧枕骨囊性病变患者,结合影像学、病理特点及泛素特异性蛋白酶(ubiquitin-specific protease 6,USP6)基因检测结果,最终诊断为右侧枕骨原发性ABC。本文围绕颅骨ABC的临床表现、CT和MRI影像学形态、鉴别诊断及病理特点进行总结,并复习相关文献,强调组织形态学、基因检测及影像学相结合对正确诊断ABC的重要性。
