摘要:
短肠综合征(short bowel syndrome, SBS)是一种复杂且具有挑战性的儿科肠道疾病。关于连续横贯肠成形术(serial transverse enteroplasty, STEP)国外报道较多，而国内相对较少。本文回顾性分析湖北省妇幼保健院的1例采用可吸收线缝合创面代替吻合器行STEP的SBS患儿资料，并复习国内外相关文献，为临床诊疗提供参考。
