摘要:
急性门静脉血栓往往导致肠系膜静脉血液瘀滞而引发肠道血运障碍,如不及时诊治将危及生命,病死率达20%~50%。本文报道2例急性门静脉血栓患儿采用肝素联合尿激酶溶栓治疗获成功,为该病临床诊疗提供一定借鉴。
