- 眼阵挛-肌阵挛-共济失调(opsoclonus-myoclonus-ataxia syndrome,OMAS)是一种罕见的神经系统疾病,60%~80%的OMAS患儿存在潜在的神经母细胞瘤(neuroblastoma,NB)。本文回顾了广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心1例以OMAS为首发症状的儿童NB临床资料,并复习国内外相关文献,总结该疾病的临床表现及治疗经验。
