- 先天性直肠闭锁 (rectal atresia,RA) 是一种罕见的肛门直肠畸形。本文报道首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院1 例RA患儿的临床资料及诊治方案,并介绍一种新的手术方法[KG-0.5mm]-[KG-0.3mm]完全腹腔镜下直肠成形术,结合文献总结其临床特征、诊断方法及治疗方案,以提高对该病的认识及治疗水平。
