摘要:
腹膜后脓肿是由于腹膜后邻近器官发生炎症、损伤或穿孔而引起的一种继发性感染,临床症状和体征均不典型;结肠腹膜外穿孔漏出物进入腹膜后间隙而非腹腔,因此患儿早期可无典型腹膜炎表现,容易漏诊和误诊。本文介绍1例儿童腹膜后脓肿并发结肠腹膜外穿孔病例,探讨腹膜后脓肿并发结肠腹膜外穿孔的原因以及治疗对策。
