- 甲状舌管囊肿是临床常见的先天性颈部病变之一,约占儿童颈部中线肿块的70%。临床上一经发现,多建议尽早治疗,手术为其主要治疗方式。随着技术发展和认识的深入,甲状舌管囊肿的手术方式在不断演变过程中日趋成熟也日渐丰富。本文旨在总结儿童甲状舌管囊肿的手术方式,以指导临床选择合适的治疗方法。
- Abstract:
- As one of the most common congenital neck lesions, thyroglossal duct cyst (TDC) accounts for approximately 70% of midline cervical masses in children.Early surgery is recommended.With continuous technical refinements and the deepening of understanding, surgical approaches of the disease have become more mature and diverse.This review summarized the surgical modalities of pediatric TDC to guide a proper selection of treatments.
