- 青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是常见的脊柱畸形,常表现为脊柱侧弯结合脊柱偏移和椎体旋转。脊柱融合术是当AIS患者侧凸角大于45°时的主要治疗策略,其有助于矫正脊柱畸形、阻止侧凸进展和维持脊柱平衡。本文对脊柱融合术治疗AIS的相关研究进展进行综述。
- Abstract:
- As a common spinal deformity, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is frequently characterized by scoliosis plus spinal migration and vertebral rotation.Spinal fusion is a primary treatment for AIS patients with scoliosis angle greater than 45 degrees.It helps to correct the deformity, prevent scoliosis progression and maintain spinal balance.This review summarized the latest researches on the treatment of AIS with spinal fusion.
