手术治疗纽扣电池致气管食管瘘2例

- 摘要:
- 儿童误服纽扣电池可在2小时造成组织损伤,嵌顿时间长者可造成气管食管瘘。除机械压迫和电流灼伤外,电池释放的碱性电解质和重金属在取出纽扣电池后亦可对组织造成持续损伤。小型气管食管瘘通过结扎瘘管等常规术式疗效确切。本文回顾性分析2例通过手术治愈的纽扣电池所致大型气管食管瘘的病例临床资料,通过对比手术时机、急慢性瘘口的特点和手术效果总结了该类患儿的治疗经验。
