- Peutz-Jeghers综合征(Peutz-Jeghers syndrome,PJS),又称色素沉着-多发性胃肠道息肉病,又称黑斑息肉病,是一种常染色体显性遗传病,以皮肤黏膜色素沉着斑、多发消化道息肉及遗传倾向为主要特征,属肿瘤易感综合征。女性患者中卵巢环状小管性索瘤为较常见的一种,多见于成年女性。本文报告一例学龄期Peutz-Jeghers综合征,以月经量增多伴月经周期延长为主要临床表现,辅助检查提示卵巢肿物,最终确诊为PJS合并卵巢环状小管性索瘤。
