- 膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤（inverted papilloma of bladder，IPB）是一种罕见的良性肿瘤，儿童IPB更为罕见。天津市儿童医院收治1例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤合并膀胱结石患儿，经尿道膀胱镜检查后，考虑膀胱肿瘤位于左侧输尿管开口处，遂行膀胱肿物切除、左侧输尿管膀胱再吻合、膀胱造瘘以及膀胱切开取石术治疗，术后恢复良好，随访18个月未见肿瘤复发。
