- 摘要:
- 非典型畸胎瘤样/横纹肌样瘤（atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor，AT/RT）是一种罕见的高度侵袭性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤。迄今为止，国内报道AT/RT患儿约300例，但未见5岁以下介入栓塞联合开颅复合手术治疗AT/RT的报道。本文报道湖南省儿童医院神经外科1例颅内AT/RT患儿的诊治经验。
