- 双J管作为最常用的输尿管支架，具有引流、支撑等作用，被广泛应用于泌尿外科手术中。双J管置入后可能出现许多并发症，包括感染、血尿、结石、堵管、移位、膀胱刺激症状等。本文报道复旦大学附属儿科医院厦门医院1例腹腔镜下肾盂成形术中顺行置入双J管，其膀胱端进入对侧输尿管开口至健侧肾盂的病例。
