原发性肾病综合征胸腔镜肺叶切除术后多发血栓形成1例报告及文献复习

- 摘要:
- 原发性肾病综合征主要表现为水肿、大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症以及高脂血症。受脂质代谢紊乱、血液黏稠度增加、血容量减少等因素的影响，机体的凝血系统、抗纤溶系统失衡，血液处于高凝状态，容易并发血液栓塞性疾病，如不及时处理后果往往非常严重。本研究报道1例5岁原发性肾病综合征患儿，患儿因肺部感染入院，确诊为肺隔离症后行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术，术后50 h经血管B超诊断为髂外动脉多发血栓，后经积极溶栓治疗痊愈出院。本文总结本例治疗经验并复习相关文献，为肾病综合征患儿行胸腔镜手术的围手术期处理提供参考。
