摘要:
目前，严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2引发的疫情在全国持续蔓延，已成为严重的公共卫生问题。疫情期间儿童（尤其是婴幼儿）疑似或确诊感染者的气道管理和围手术期麻醉管理面临严峻挑战。为更好应对疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒感染患儿的麻醉手术，保障患儿及医务人员的安全，本文从麻醉手术中心物资及人员准备、麻醉方案建议与实施策略、手术结束后特殊处理、围手术期参与麻醉手术医护人员的感染防控等方面进行阐述，为儿童疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒感染患者麻醉管理中的疫情防控提供建议。
Abstract:
Currently the rampant spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has become the most serious public health hazard in China and beyond.Affecting infants and toddlers,this epidemic has presented unique challenges to the perioperative management of airway and anaesthesia in children suspected of or diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection.To confront the threats and ensure the safety of both surgical pediatric patients and medical staff,this review shall focus upon preparing materials and staffing at operation theaters,implementation strategies of anesthesia plan,special postoperative issues and perioperative infection controls.Suggestions are also provided for anesthesia management in pediatric population suspected of or diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection.
