- 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是近年来发展起来的优化围手术期方案的理念,在成人外科中的应用已较为成熟,而在小儿外科中的应用甚少。总结成人ERAS中的成功经验,根据现有关于小儿外科ERAS的研究成果,分析小儿外科ERAS的自身特点,并提出小儿外科ERAS的不足及未来发展方向,为制定小儿外科ERAS指南奠定基础。
- Abstract:
- Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a newly proposed concept for optimizing perioperative management.It has been maturely applied for adult surgery and yet infrequently for pediatric surgery.Successful experiences of adult ERAS are summarized along with the characteristics of pediatric surgery and the relevant studies of ERAS.And current deficiencies and future directions of ERAS are elaborated for pediatric surgery.
