摘要:
 目的初步探讨腹腔镜辅助下改良Soave术式治疗大龄儿童先天性巨结肠症的治疗效果。方法以湖南省儿童医院2012年2月至2018年1月接受腹腔镜辅助下改良Soave术式治疗的10例大龄（年龄7岁10个月至12岁6个月）先天性巨结肠症患儿为研究对象，并结合患儿的临床资料及治疗效果进行评估。结果10例均顺利完成手术。手术时间120~180 min，平均150 min。均在术后1个月开始行扩肛治疗，术后出现污粪2例，半年后症状消失。 结论从本次纳入10例患儿的治疗效果来看，腹腔镜辅助下改良Soave术式治疗大龄儿童先天性巨结肠症具有疗效好、创伤小、恢复快、外观美观的特点。
Abstract:
 ObjectiveTo explore the efficacies of modified Soave with the aid of laparoscopy in the treatment of Hirschsprungs disease (HD) in older children.MethodsRetrospective analysis was performed for 10 HD cases undergoing modified Soave with the aid of laparoscopy.The age range was 94-150 months.ResultsAll operations were successfully completed.The median operative duration was 150(120-180) min.Two cases of postoperative fecal soiling underwent anusexpanding procedures at 1 month and the symptom disappeared at 6 months.ConclusionFor HD in older children,modified Soave with the aid of laparoscopy has the advantages of excellent efficacies,minimal operative trauma,rapid recovery and excellent cosmetic outcomes.
