摘要:
 目的检测上皮间质转化相关蛋白(Ncadherin，Ecadherin，vimentin，SMA，CK19)在胆道闭锁(biliary atresia,BA)患儿肝组织中的表达情况，初步探讨其在BA患儿肝脏上皮间质转化中的意义。方法采用免疫组化法对34例BA患儿（实验组）及13例胆总管囊肿患儿（对照组）的肝组织标本进行上皮间质转化相关蛋白检测，分析其表达差异及其与肝纤维化严重度的相关性。结果实验组与对照组相比，Ncadherin、Ecadherin、vimentin、SMA、CK19抗体不同表达等级的构成比存在统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论上皮间质转化相关蛋白在BA患儿肝组织中的表达水平总体高于胆总管囊肿患儿，提示上皮间质转化相关蛋白可能参与BA患儿肝纤维化的发生与发展。
Abstract:
 ObjectiveTo detect the expressions of Ncadherin，Ecadherin,vimentin,SMA and CK19 in biliary aressia and congenital cyst of common bile duct and discuss the relationship with in epithetialtomesenchymal transition.MethodsThe expression of Ncadherin,Ecadherin,vimentin,SMA and CK19 in biliary atresia (n=34) and common bile duct cyst (n=13) were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.ResultsThe expression ratios of Ncadherin.Ecadherin,vimentin,SMA and CK19 were higher in liver of bile duct than those in common bile duct (P<0.05).ConclusionThe expressions of Ncadherin,vimentin,SMA and CK19 are closely correlated with epithelialtomesenchymal transition.And EMT may be one of important causes of hepatic cirrhosis.
