摘要:
目的 探讨MedliteC6 激光治疗幼儿面部咖啡斑的疗效。 方法 我们采用MedliteC6 激光治疗仪的532 nm波长激光对病变部位进行治疗, 每次治疗间隔1～3个月,共治疗2～6次。 结果 2011年1月至10月共收治咖啡斑患儿146例,痊愈率31.51%,有效率73.97%,3次以上治疗组的有效率和痊愈率显著高于3次以下治疗组。 结论 MedliteC6 激光治疗幼儿面部咖啡斑安全有效,疗效与治疗次数密切相关。
Abstract:
Objetive to investigate the efficacy of Medlite C6 laser in treatment of cafe-au-lait spots on young childrenˊfaces. Methods Medlite C6 laser in 532 nm wavelength were used to treat diseased region.The treatment interval was 1 to 3 months, and there were 1 to 6 times in all. Results The cure rate and effective rate were 31.51% and 73.97% respectively in children, and cure rate and effective rate of group accepted more than 3 times treatment significantly higher than those of group accepted less than 3 times. Conclusions Medlite C6 laser is effecive and safe in treatment of cafe-au-lait spots on young childrenˊfaces, and efficacy is closely related to times of treatment.
