- 摘要:
- 目的 总结胸腔镜辅助下NUSS手术矫治先天性漏斗胸的手术经验。方法 2007年10月至2009年7月共实施漏斗胸矫治术102例，其中男80例，女22例，年龄1岁11个月至14岁，平均年龄6.2岁，对4例极重度漏斗胸患儿采取剑突下小切口联合NUSS手术矫治，其余病例采取胸腔镜辅助下NUSS手术。结果 102例均顺利完成手术，术中平均出血量为10 mL，均于术后5～7 d痊愈出院，胸廓外观满意；1例术后出现伤口排异反应，予清理伤口、换药治疗后痊愈，1例突发张力性气胸予胸腔闭式引流后痊愈，患儿均获随访，胸廓外观满意，无不适。 结论 胸腔镜辅助下NUSS手术治疗先天性漏斗胸操作简单，创伤小，外型美观，术后恢复快，近期疗效满意，远期疗效待观察。
