【摘要】目的探讨妊娠期尿路结石及其处理对胎儿早产流产的影响。方法对比性分析妊娠期尿路结石与胎儿早产流产的相关关系。结果6年共收治孕产妇31295例，发现妊娠尿结石162例，占同期住院孕产妇的0.52%（162/31295），其中症状性结石119例（73.46%），保守治疗（CM）95例，外科干预治疗（SI）24例，保守治疗与外科干预治疗患者流产率分别为1.05%、4.17%，早产率分别为526%、0，剖宫产率分别为17.89%、4.17%。结论孕期使用镇痛（静）药，可能诱导胎盘功能老化，导致胎儿早产；外科干预治疗有增加胎儿流产的风险。

【Abstract】ObjectiveInquiry influence of urolithiasis to develop of fetus in pregnancy；MethodsContrast analysis relation of the urolithiasis and develop of fetus during pregnancy；ResultsTotally accept to cure pregnant woman’s 31295 case for 6 years, discovering urine calculus in gestation period is 162 case, sickness rate 0.52%(162/31295), among them, the symptom stone is 119 case(73.46%) , Conservative management (CM) 95 case, surgery intervention(SI) 24 case, have a miscarriage rate 1.05%、4.17%, the premature rate 5.26%、0, the uterineincision rate 17.89%、4.17% respectively；ConclusionsThe analgesic or sedatives may be probably induce the function aging of placenta, cause fetus premature; Surgery intervention treatment, have increased miscarriage risk of fetus.
