摘要:
美国创伤外科协会器官损伤分级委员会（American Association for the Surgery of Trauma Organ Injury Scaling Committee,AAST OIS-C）于2024年对胰腺器官损伤分级量表进行了修订。该修订基于系统文献综述和专家共识，在1990版胰腺器官损伤分级量表基础上进行更新，重点包括背景阐述与分级标准调整。相较于1990版，2024版将分级评定的核心指标转向胰管完整性的评估，并增设亚级评分标准，以更精准地反映胰腺损伤严重程度的梯度变化，有助于指导临床治疗决策和促进胰腺创伤相关研究。本文对该修订版量表进行解读。
Abstract:
The pancreatic organ injury scale was revised by Organ Injury Scaling Committee (OIS-C) of American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST) in 2024.Based upon a systematic literature review and expert consensus,this work updated the 1990 version of pancreatic organ injury scale with the goals of refining the background descriptions and adjusting the grading criteria.Compared with the previous version,the latest update shifted the core grading indicator to the assessment of pancreatic duct integrity and introduced sub-grade scoring criteria,more accurately reflecting the gradient of pancreatic injury severity,thereby helping to guide clinical treatment decisions and promote researches on pancreatic trauma.It provided a practical interpretation of the revised scale.
