- 性发育异常是一类涉及基因、染色体、性腺及生殖器解剖发育异常的疾病,其临床表现多样,常合并多系统异常,患儿及家属对心理支持的需求较高。目前多学科诊疗模式被推荐为性发育异常的诊疗金标准。本文结合文献复习与笔者临床实践,阐述多学科诊疗模式下儿童性发育异常的外科治疗策略与研究进展。
- Abstract:
- Disorders of sex development are a large group of conditions involving abnormalities in genes,chromosomes,gonads and genital anatomy.Frequently associated with multiple systemic abnormalities,they present with diverse clinical manifestations and entail a high need for psychological supports for both children and their families.Due to their complexity,a multidisciplinary team (MDT) model has been recommended as a gold standard for managing individuals with disorders of sex development.Drawing upon the relevant literature and personal clinical experiences,this review focused on operative strategies and research advances in disorders of sex development under a MDT model.
